We don’t have this facility of taking orders over the phone. Customer would have to place the order by logging in their account. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.
We encourage prepaid payments as they are hassle free and contactless. However, if you wish to opt for COD Payments, there is a limit on COD order value, wherein we only accept COD Mode for Orders ranging INR 500 TO INR 5000.

You can purchase an Electronic Gift Voucher(E-GV) by visiting the ‘Shop’ icon on the bottom left of the Pantaloons App. On scrolling you can choose the ‘Gift Cards’ tab. If you are accessing the website, you can go to the ‘Gift Card’ tab on the top right of the screen. Alternatively, you could purchase the same by using the link - https://pantaloons.woohoo.in/e-gift-card. Currently, you can purchase GVs worth INR 100 upto INR 3000.
Yes, you can place an order for a friend or relative using your Pantaloons Account. All you need to do is, click on the ‘My Account’ icon, and add the receiver’s address & details in the ‘Addresses’ tab. Then, while confirming the order kindly choose the ‘Shipping Address’ as the one to which you want to send the product. Though we currently, do not provide gift wrapping facilities, however we would be happy to be part of your celebrations .
There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that. Shipping charges may be applicable as per order value which shall be visible in the final check out page before payment.
All credit card and debit card payments on Pantaloons are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Pantaloons does not store or capture any credit card or net banking related information. 3D Secure password service is used by banks for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
You can pay through your Net Banking account with ICICI, HDFC, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, OBC, SBI and 30 other Indian banks.
On the Payment page, choose Net Banking as your mode of payment and click Proceed to Pay to place your order.
This will take you to the banking site where you will need to enter your bank login details (Net Banking User ID and Password) and the transaction password. Once successful, you’ll receive a confirmation and your order will be processed.

Yes. You can make payment through the mobile site of Pantaloons. The mobile site too uses trusted payment gateways which keep your card information secured and protected.
Currently, we allow for redemption of only one EGV per order. Multiple EGVs cannot be redeemed in a single order.
Currently we allow redemption of E-GVs in one shot only. That is, if you possess an E-GV , in order to use it, please ensure that the total order value is equal to the worth of E-GV. In the event that your order value is lesser than the EGV value, the remaining value in the EGV , will get lapsed.
We are working on this feature. We will not be able to gift wrap your orders now.
Each Shipment which will be delivered to you will have an invoice copy inside the package. However, in the event that a shipment does not have an invoice copy, please write to us on customercare@abfrl.adityabirla.com and we shall provide you the soft copy over mail .
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry after 5 minutes, after ensuring correct banking/wallet credentials are used. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 2-5 business days. For any further clarification, you can drop us an email on customercare@abfrl.adityabirla.com., or contact your Bank/Wallet Partner directly.
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Pantaloons confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.
Currently we do not provide the option to change the delivery address after an order confirmation. Alternatively, we provide an option to cancel an order within 60 minutes of order placement. Therefore, we request you to visit the ‘My Orders’ section to cancel the order, and re-place a fresh order with the delivery address of your choice. In case your order has crossed its 60-minute timeline, and you are unable to cancel, we request you to write to us on customercare@abfrl.adityabirla.com. or call on 18001037527.
You can track a particular order by visiting the ‘My Orders’ section under ‘My Account’. Alternatively, you could use the link https://track.pantaloons.com. to track your order.
Once you have placed an order, the details of your order populates in your ‘My Account’. You can cancel the order within 1 hour from the time it was placed. Once the 1 hour has lapsed, and the cancel option is inactive, please drop a cancellation request on mail customercare@abfrl.adityabirla.com with order details and the product you want to cancel, and we’ll do it for you. Alternatively, you may choose not to accept the order while delivery and we will refund the amount to you to source for Prepaid Orders. In case of usage of an EGV, the amount will be reversed to Pantaloons Credit.
In case you want to make a UPI Payment, you can ask for the QR code from the Delivery Partner. The devices of Delivery Partners will have a scannable QR which can be used to make a payment. Please do take care, while you scan the QR. The scan should not link you to an Individual’s Name. It should link to a Courier Partner Name like – XpressBees, Bluedart, Delhivery. In all such cases, in event of return, the refund shall flow to PT Credits, only.
